A wooden guillotine-style paper trimmer used for cutting print photographs.  There is a ruler marked in inches from 1 to 7.  Black lettering in the centre reads "No. 2 Kodak Timming Board, Canadian Kodak Co. Ltd., Toronto, Canada, made in USA."   This paper trimmer sold for $1.50 in 1938.
