An apple peeler, also known as a parer, manufactured by Hudson Parer Co., and patented Jan. 24, 1882. The peeler clamps to a table to peel apples, but does not core or slice. It has an automatic push off mechanism and paring knife that recedes immediately to leave room to put another apple on the parer.
