Black and white medium close up portrait of a man in a Royal Canadian Navy uniform. He has a Canada shoulder badge and a Leading Seaman badge on his left sleeve. Beneath the Leading Seaman badge is a Two Stripe badge. There is another unidentifiable badge on his right sleeve. He is wearing a hat and he is not smiling.

The negative was stored in a brown paper bag with "6606" written in the top left corner in blue ink. Also in the bag was one other negative of the same subject (A992.003.248).
