Black silk pleated cape trimmed with satin rouching and four rows of 3 1/2 inch wide pleated trim.  Underneath each row of trim there is an inset of black netting.  The cape is lined throughout with black sateen.  Three hooks and eyes on the upper portion of the cape hold it fastened.
