Post card or a “Whiz Bang” Harold Turner sent to his mother to let her know that he received a letter and parcel that she sent him in July. Whiz bangs were usually sent when there wasn’t enough time to write a letter to let friends and family know that you were okay, or to remind them to send a letter. Harold later notes that he wrote this card in a dugout behind Vimy Ridge.
